We have conducted over a year of small-sample testing within the company. For patients with mild to moderate back pain, the effects are very significant. For example, one patient would experience back pain after sitting in a regular chair for more than 2 hours continuously; however, with the Lumoo Chair, they could sit for 4-8 hours without pain. Currently, we do not have large-scale comparative experimental data, so we cannot formally claim effectiveness or guarantee results. Yes, based on research by Hans-Joachim Wilke and others, the relationship between body load and lumbar pressure is not linear. When the load is reduced by 10kg, the lumbar pressure can be inferred to be even smaller than in a standing position. 40lbs) or even more pressure, but we recommend a lifting force of around 10kg
(about 22lbs). Based on inferences from research by Hans-Joachim Wilke and others, reducing the load by 10kg can make the lumbar pressure lower than in a standing state.

The two large mechanical grippers each consist of several metal pieces connected by springs that have a maximum force of 22 lbs. This means that the pressure they exert on the chest will never exceed 22 lbs. Moreover, each gripper has an area of over 500 square centimeters, making it impossible for them to cause any harm to the body under this pressure.

We recommend setting the lifting force to
around 10kg (about 22lbs) to achieve the best balance between comfort and lumbar decompression.

The Lumoo Chair is primarily designed for
users who sit for more than 4 hours a day, show early signs of back pain, or already have mild to moderate lumbar pain.

It won't be overly uncomfortable. The upper arm supports use a curved design to fit the arms, with 360-degree full-wrap foam material; the large mechanical palms have a multi-jointed inner metal layer and outer foam, with an ergonomic shape. The total force-bearing area exceeds 1600 square centimeters, with an average pressure of about 10g per square centimeter. However, compared to other chairs, lifting for more than 40 minutes at a time may cause slight discomfort.

It's very convenient for you to use, almost the same as other types of chairs. When entering the chair, there's just one extra action: manually open the mechanical palms and sit in. To exit, since the mechanical palms are elastic, you can simply stand up and leave.
